At Almond Books, every title we publish is created for the classroom. If any academic textbook you purchase is not exactly what you expected, our 7-Day Academic Textbook Promise keeps things simple.

How it works

1. Let us know within 7 days
   Email help@almondbooks.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. No lengthy forms.
2. Return it in original condition
   The book must be in original condition so it can be restocked and resold as new.
3. Ship it back to us
   After approval we send a prepaid return label and clear packing instructions. If you are returning the book yourself, please use the address below.

4. Quick refunds
   Once the parcel reaches us, we inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If a book arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us immediately and we will arrange a priority replacement or refund.

Items not eligible for return

1. Previous editions, used or damaged books
2. Sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards

Need a different edition or subject? Return the original under this promise and place a new order once your refund is approved.

Large orders (above ₹5000 total)
Bulk and institutional purchases are covered by the customised terms printed on your invoice and do not always fall under the 7-day promise.
